SmartProvider Platform

Welcome to SmartProvider, a digital platform that connects service providers with customers in Indonesia. By accessing or using our platform, mobile app, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • SmartProvider: PT Indo Smart Media  the owner/operator of the Platform.

  • User: Anyone who accesses or uses the Platform, including customers and service providers.

  • Service Provider: An individual or business offering services through the Platform.

  • Customer: A user who books or receives services via the Platform.

  • Services: Any service listed or provided via the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under Indonesian law.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • SmartProvider may suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be false or violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must register and create an account to access the Platform’s features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to notify SmartProvider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Platform

  • You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without written permission.

  • Service Providers must comply with local laws and have all required licenses/permits.

5. Booking and Payments

  • Customers may book services through the Platform.

  • Payment methods supported will be listed on the Platform.

  • SmartProvider may collect payments on behalf of Service Providers and transfer amounts after deducting fees/commissions.

6. Service Provider Obligations

  • Must deliver services professionally and as described.

  • Must comply with applicable Indonesian regulations.

  • SmartProvider reserves the right to remove Service Providers who receive consistent negative feedback or complaints.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and refund terms vary based on the service.

  • Details will be displayed at the time of booking.

  • Refunds may be subject to fees and will be processed within a reasonable time.

8. Ratings and Reviews

  • Customers may leave reviews after service completion.

  • Reviews must be honest and respectful.

  • SmartProvider reserves the right to remove inappropriate or misleading reviews.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SmartProvider is a facilitator and not a service provider.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of services offered.

  • In no event will SmartProvider be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and branding on the Platform are owned by SmartProvider or licensed to it.

  • Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time.

  • SmartProvider may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Privacy

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
